Welcome to "Tkram". These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the "Tkram" platform, which includes the Customer App, the Driver App, and the website ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information.
Customer (Rider) Account: You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
Driver Account: You must provide all required and valid documents, including your driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
2. The Nature of the Service
"Tkram" is a technology platform that enables customers to request transportation services from independent third-party drivers ("Driver Partners"). You acknowledge that "Tkram" does not provide transportation services or function as a transportation carrier, and that all such transportation services are provided by independent drivers who are not employees of "Tkram".
3. User Obligations
All Users: You must use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from using the Platform in a way that could damage the service or our networks.
Customers (Riders): You agree to pay for all rides requested through your account. You must treat drivers with respect and not cause any damage to their vehicle.
Drivers: You agree to abide by all local laws and safety standards, and to maintain your vehicle in a safe and clean operating condition.
4. Payment and Fees
For Customers: You can choose to pay for rides either with cash directly to the driver or via the in-app e-wallet. An estimated fare is displayed before you confirm the ride.
For Drivers: "Tkram" facilitates the collection of payments from customers on your behalf. An agreed-upon service commission will be deducted from each ride's fare, and the remainder will be transferred to your account according to the specified payment schedules.
5. User-Provided Content
The Platform allows users to submit content, such as ratings and feedback. By providing this content, you grant "Tkram" a worldwide license to use it to improve our services.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
"Tkram" services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of Driver Partners. To the fullest extent permitted by law, "Tkram" shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Account Termination
"Tkram" reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
